A view of what is listed as the Boulevard in Island Park.  This likely in the early 1920's or late teens.. My friend Sam Schwarzman took it on himself to do a little detective work and thinks he has located this spot.  This is believed to be Long Beach Rd. in the vicinity of Kildare Rd. (which is on the left).  It is very possible the home you see in the current photo below, 516 Long Beach Rd. is the second house on the right.  The construction certainly is a match and the road maps mirror this view.  Sam also took a few other shots of Island Park which are also below.
